Friday the 13th, usually known as a scary date, lived up to it’s title as everyone fought for their lives against flying balls. No seriously, there was many accidents of the balls making their way into the crowd. Not paying attention could’ve costed you a ball straight to the head! Majority of the dodgeball players taking the game into the next level with the strength they used behind the balls caused many in the crowd to dodge themselves. 
With this being the last annual dodgeball tournament at the Highschool located on Dilworth, we did more than any year before. This year there was more teams than ever before, and with each team impressing the crowd with their plays.

With so many teams, each did their best in the four minute rounds they were given. While some teams lost many rounds against the various teams who won many, one team made a sharp comeback. From the bottom of the losing bracket to taking home the second place trophy, team ‘Okay’ really showed that they were going to be okay this dodgeball tournament. Although first place being the ‘Revenge of the Minions’, they played an awesome challenge only taking one loss the whole tournament. These two teams played a great game with the last round only being two minutes long. The speakers being Mrs. Neel and Mrs. Vinson the challenge only got harder from there with Mrs. Vinson’s brutal honesty. While narrating each moment of each round Mrs. Vinson’s commentary really completed the tournament.
